On 2016-1-7, a patient was admitted to the hospital with the main reason “more than 2 months after cholecystectomy, common bile duct exploration and T-duct drainage”. The preliminary judgment was that intrahepatic bile duct stones were not excluded. On 2016-1-12, we performed percutaneous cholangioscopy and found a 2.5 cm diameter stone stuck in the secondary branch of the left hepatic duct, which could not be removed completely. The patient was very grateful.
