Lung adenocarcinoma, also known as lung adenocarcinoma, belongs to non-small cell carcinoma. Lung adenocarcinoma originates from the mucous epithelium and mucous glands of human bronchial tubes, and most of the cases develop in the smaller bronchial tubes, which is peripheral lung cancer, accounting for 30-35% of the total number of patients with lung cancer, and preferably occurring in females, and generally grows slowly. Its incidence is related to smoking, heredity, environmental pollution and other factors. Early symptoms of lung adenocarcinoma are not obvious. With the development of lung adenocarcinoma, patients may have cough, small amount of sputum, blood in sputum, chest tightness, shortness of breath, dyspnea, chest pain and other related symptoms. The treatment of lung adenocarcinoma should reasonably apply surgery, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy and other means according to the patient’s physical condition, pathological type and extent of invasion. Surgery is the first choice of treatment for lung adenocarcinoma, and the operation methods are different according to different stages. When patients have symptoms of lung cancer, it is recommended to go to the hospital as early as possible to avoid delaying the condition.
