  Anal fissure is a common anal disease that brings much inconvenience to work and life. Since constipation is a cause of anal fissure on the one hand and a symptom of anal fissure on the other. So in the diagnosis of hemorrhoids often misdiagnosed as anal fissures, so what are the clinical manifestations of anal fissures?  1. Pain: The main symptom of anal fissure is pain in the anal area during and after defecation. The pain is characterized by two peaks, so it is also called saddle type. During defecation, the anal fissure nerve endings are stimulated, resulting in severe anal pain; after defecation, the pain can be temporarily relieved or disappear; after a few minutes, due to the spastic contraction of the anal canal sphincter, causing severe pain again, which lasts longer, even up to several hours, until the spastic contraction of the sphincter is gradually relieved and the pain disappears. The pain may radiate to the perineum, buttocks, inner thighs or sacrococcygeal region.  Constipation: Due to the pain during and after defecation, patients fear defecation and intentionally postpone defecation.  3, bleeding: anal fissure deepens during defecation, the trauma may have a small amount of bleeding, fresh blood on the surface of the stool, blood stains on the stool paper or blood dripping during defecation.  4.Other: such as anal itching, secretion, diarrhea, etc. It is due to the stimulation of secretions from anal fissure ulcers or the secretions produced by complications such as anal saphenitis and anal papillitis, which cause anal itching.  The following different signs have been reported in 355 cases of anal fissures abroad: 78% of anal canal spasm, 68% of anterior sentinel hemorrhoids, 25% of hypertrophic papillae, 6% of anal fistulae, 4% of intersphincteric cysts, 38% of hemorrhoids, and 2% of anal stenosis.
