Renal puncture is an invasive operation. In order to reduce bleeding after renal puncture, patients should lie flat in bed for about 6 hours, and after 6 hours, they can perform small lateral activities in bed. If there is no edema or oliguria, you can drink more water to promote urination and flush the urethra to reduce hematuria. If there is no serious bleeding and other complications, you can basically return to normal after 24 hours and be able to get out of bed, but rest is still the main focus. In conclusion, patients are prohibited from strenuous activities, back collisions and avoiding going to crowded places for 3 months after kidney puncture. If the patient has obvious swelling, hypertension and large amount of proteinuria, rest is recommended as the main treatment for the primary disease systematically.
