Whether there is any bone injury from landing on the buttocks can be determined by medical history, symptoms, physical examination, and imaging.
1. Medical history: history of trauma to the buttocks, the course of the injury, and the time of the injury.
2. Symptoms: If there is a fracture, there will be severe pain in the hip; when moving around, it will cause irritation to the injured area, which will worsen the pain. Because of the severe pain, the normal activities will be affected to a certain extent, and the phenomenon of not being able to stand or walk normally will occur.
3. Physical examination: Pressing on the injured area will aggravate the pain; in typical fracture, there will be bone friction sound or bone friction sensation.
4. Imaging examination. X-rays, CT and other tests can be performed, which can visualize whether there is a fracture or not.
If the pain is severe and the activity is obviously affected after the buttocks hit the ground, you should go to the hospital in time for further radiography and judgment, and then targeted treatment.
