Why do so many people have rectal cancer nowadays?

I will often hear the phrase “keep your mouth shut and your legs open”, which is often used for people on a diet, but it is often beneficial for any disease. We have seen a lot of health topics, often after reading the precautions, will be mentioned to pay attention to diet, proper exercise. If you can’t even do this, you won’t be able to say “more and more” in the future, but you will be born with this disease. In the medical field, rectal cancer is a malignant tumor that develops between the dentate line and the junction of the rectosigmoid colon. And such a disease may be related to environmental factors, dietary factors, genetic factors, etc. High fat or red meat intake and insufficient dietary fiber intake are important factors for the development of rectal cancer. Nowadays, the incidence of the disease is around 45 years old, and the incidence rate of young people has a tendency to increase linearly. When rectal cancer grows to a certain extent, there are changes in bowel habit, bloody stool, pus-blood stool, urgency, constipation and diarrhea. If the tumor invades the bladder, urethra and organs around the vagina, urinary tract irritation, pain in the sacral and perineal areas and edema in the lower limbs will occur. The only treatment methods for this disease are surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and psychological adjustment, which can reduce pain and improve patients’ quality of life. The chemotherapy and radiotherapy can be seen in TV dramas, and the painful process and the after-effects that cannot be faced make the patients have low self-esteem and self-absorption. After a lot of human and material consumption, the survival rate of 5 years after surgery for early stage rectal cancer patients can be more than 90%, while the survival rate of 5 years after surgery for late stage is less than 50% which are the results that patients cannot afford. In the short years, the care of the body must be doubly careful. Try to eat less fried, smoked, high-fat and high-protein food, not to eat fruits, vegetables and foods that may spoil, and should eat more yams, sweet potatoes, corn, fruits, fresh vegetables and other foods rich in carbohydrates and coarse fibers. Also do some simple and moderate exercise. Usually it is more important to keep in mind that one’s disease will make the life span shorter, and every moment will remind oneself of the kind of pain that normal people cannot experience, so it is recommended that we really love our bodies and care for our lives.
