Leukemia requires the following tests: 1) routine blood tests (necessary), coagulation tests; 2) ultrasound to confirm the size of liver, spleen and lymph nodes; 3) bone marrow examination (major): bone marrow aspiration to check the ratio of naïve cells, which is the gold standard for the diagnosis of acute leukemia. Through bone marrow aspiration blood smear, immunological examination, and genetic examination, the treatment plan is selected and the prognosis of leukemia is judged; 4. Other examinations (necessary): liver, kidney function, and electrocardiogram examination to prepare for treatment.
