Pleurisy triptans generally refer to the anti-tuberculosis triptans for tuberculous pleurisy, which need to be taken for about 6 to 10 months if the treatment goes well. Pleurisy is the infection of the pleura by various pathogens that triggers an inflammatory response, and in general, the triple combination of drugs needed refers specifically to tuberculous pleurisy with Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection. Refer to the standard chemotherapy regimen for relapsed tuberculous pleurisy, which consists of an intensive phase and a consolidation phase.
