What do I need to check in my pre-surgical rhinoplasty interview?

What are some of the things that we need to do before rhinoplasty? First of all, we need to go and talk to the doctor and say what we think. For example, which parts of the nose you feel are not good and what you want to do. After the doctor conducts a relevant examination, the same will give you a suggestion accordingly. Why do I often undergo rhinoplasty? Because the nose involves more parts. First of all, the size of the bridge of the nose, the root of the nose and the nasal bone height and width, and then the nose, the tip of the nose, the nasal columella of this size, space, and how the direction? All of these are a factor that affects how we do the surgery, and if we are going to do a nose correction surgery, it is important to communicate these issues ahead of time so that the doctor understands which part of the nose you would like to have corrected. If we want to go deeper, we need to communicate in advance about the width of the septum, the symmetry of the nostrils, the deviation of the nasal pillars, the deviation of the nasal bones, and so on. After the examination, we need to make a very detailed plan, and then we can prepare for the surgery. Before the surgery, we still need to do physical examination. For example, there should be no local inflammation, boils and so on, whether the area is healthy, there is no condition such as mandibular sinusitis. There is no attack of rhinitis, there is no pus inside the nose, these are all local factors that affect the surgery. There are also systemic factors, let’s say we check the blood, heart, etc., to see if there are some diseases that affect our surgery, and if all of them are fine, then we can proceed with the surgery.
