In some patients, the dysfunction of prostaglandin txa2 and pg12 secretion may lead to the development of meritorious hemorrhage. Medical factors are mainly due to women taking steroidal contraceptives or intrauterine devices that interfere with the normal HPOU function, leading to the occurrence of meritorious bleeding.
