How does a y-shaped uterus cause

The Y-shaped uterus is associated with congenital developmental malformations. The uterus begins to develop during the embryonic period and is formed by the meeting of the two paramedian tubes. If the isolated tissue is not completely absorbed or partially absorbed, a Y-shaped uterus will appear. Depending on the degree of separation of the uterine cavity, there are complete longitudinal uteruses and incomplete longitudinal uteruses, and Y-shaped uteruses are easy to find during a woman’s reproductive years and can easily cause infertility or habitual abortion. The less severe Y-shaped longitudinal uterus can be used for normal fertility and needs to be monitored during pregnancy. The larger longitudinal Y-shaped uterus is best treated by removing the middle partition through hysteroscopic surgery so that the two uterine cavities can be completely connected.
