Some common symptoms of gastric cancer include the following: 1. feeling of fullness after eating, always feeling bloated and indigestible after eating; 2. feeling of stomach distension and stomach pain after eating, which is accompanied by faint pain in the upper abdomen during the process of indigestion, like duodenal ulcer which feels stomach pain when fasting, and gastric cancer which feels stomach pain after full stomach; 3. another main symptom is wasting, why would gastric cancer lose weight? Because it has stages of bleeding and malnutrition, which will lead to emaciation. For poorly differentiated gastric cancer, poor differentiation can only mean one thing, the tumor cells are more naive and grow faster. From the perspective of pathological histology, according to differentiation, there are hypofractionated, moderately differentiated and highly differentiated, and the most naive one is undifferentiated cancer, which has a higher malignancy. In terms of tissue typing, it has no special clinical symptoms, and each tissue type is not special, such as what hypofractionated will show, it will not appear this way. For the whole gastric cancer, each tissue type can only indicate its biological characteristics and its growth rate, which is a certain guidance for its prognosis.
