Fundus macular degeneration is a general term for a class of diseases, which can be divided into many different types, different diseases, and different treatment plans, usually seen in the following cases. First, macular edema needs to be treated etiologically according to the different diseases caused, and intraocular injection of tretinoin and razumab can be injected to reduce macular edema. Secondly, age-related macular degeneration is divided into two types, dry macular degeneration and wet macular degeneration. There is no exact treatment for dry macular degeneration. Wet macular degeneration can be injected with razumab injection. Thirdly, macular fissure and macular anterior membrane can be left untreated in the early stage when the symptoms are not obvious. When the symptoms worsen and the vision decreases sharply, early surgery is needed.
