How to diagnose condyloma acuminatum? ①Infection history, pay attention to the history of sexual contact and non-sexual contact transmission history. The clinical manifestations are typical warty growths or cauliflower-shaped or myxoid superfluous organisms, mainly located in the external genitalia and anal area, or vagina, cervix and other places. They also occur in the mouth, throat and other special areas. Laboratory tests can be performed for atypical cases, such as cytological smear with concave hollow (vacuolated) cells and dyskeratotic cells, or positive HPVDNA test. Histopathological examination may reveal concave vacuolated cells in pathological sections, followed by pathological changes such as capillary hyperplasia of dermal papillae, hyperplasia of basal and spiny layers, incomplete keratinization and dyskeratosis. ④ Acetic acid test shows significant whitening damage in the test area.
