Advantages of laparoscopic total nephroureterectomy

The patient was an elderly male with intermittent hematuria for more than 3 months. CT examination revealed a right renal pelvis tumor with a diameter of about 4 cm, positive urine exfoliative cytology, and cystoscopy showed a blood spray at the right ureteral orifice, and the diagnosis was right renal pelvis tumor. A full-length resection was performed. The patient recovered well after surgery, and the postoperative pathology report was metastatic cell carcinoma of the renal pelvis.   The tumor of the right renal pelvis is seen on CT. The tumor of the right renal pelvis can be seen in the excised specimen. 2.The kidney and ureter are resected laparoscopically through the posterior abdominal cavity, which is not easy to complicate intestinal injury, intestinal adhesion, peritonitis and other complications because it is not through the abdominal cavity, with less injury and faster recovery.
