The patient was 59 years old, with weakness of limbs, recurrent abdominal distension for six months, high blood pressure of 170/100 mmHg, hypokalemia of 2 mmol/l, hypokalemia difficult to correct, and increased blood aldosterone. CT examination showed a tumor in the right adrenal gland, a large tumor in the right adrenal gland during laparoscopic surgery, and multiple nodules in the right adrenal gland during laparoscopic surgery. The patient had multiple adrenal nodules and required total adrenalectomy to reduce postoperative recurrence. Postoperative prevention of adrenal hypofunction is needed.
