How to treat left epididymal cyst

If the left epididymal cyst is <1cm, usually no treatment is needed. If the cyst is >1cm, surgery can be considered to remove the cyst, or to make the cyst disappear after repeated punctures by extracting all the cystic fluid under ultrasound guidance and injecting anhydrous alcohol. Patients usually do not need special treatment after surgery, and they can basically return to normal after 2-3 days of bed rest, and there are no special contraindications in diet. The epididymis exists above the normal testicle, and the head of the epididymis is relatively large and soft, without obvious pressure pain, and can be palpated. If a smaller swelling is palpated, ultrasound examination is needed to clarify the diagnosis.
