1. Subchondral hematoma: auricular hematoma is small, the feasibility of blood suction, pressure bandage for 48 hours. If there is still blood seepage or hematoma is large, surgical incision should be performed, after clearing the blood, pressure bandage. At the same time the application of antibiotics to prevent infection, commonly used semi-synthetic penicillin, such as piperacillin sulbactam sodium.
2. Auricular suppurative perichondritis: in the early days before the formation of abscesses, the systemic application of sensitive antibiotics to control infection, such as piperacillin sulbactam sodium. It is also feasible to use local physical therapy to promote the local inflammation to subside. If an abscess has formed, debridement of the affected area is required. Antibiotics are applied locally and systemically every day until the infection subsides completely.
Occurrence of accidental ear pain, if continued unrelieved or progressive aggravation, need to actively seek medical treatment, standardized treatment.
