What’s wrong with cloudy urine?

Cloudy urine can be physiological because urine itself contains impurities, and after the urine has been sitting for a period of time, it will be cloudy due to the deposition of impurities. The pathological aspects of cloudiness may include celiac disease, pus urine, and hematuria. Urine is the main way of human waste metabolism and contains ionic components, such as chloride ions and calcium ions. If you drink little water and have unhealthy habits on a daily basis, you will have concentrated urine, and after the urine is discharged and left to stand for a little while, there may be a situation of sedimentation, resulting in cloudy and unclear urine, which are relatively normal conditions and do not require special treatment. As long as you pay attention to drinking more water, exercise and try not to hold your urine, you can improve this cloudy urine situation. The urine is cloudy under pathological conditions: 1, celiac disease: common in the lymphatic system lesions, the urine is mostly milky white, may be mixed with gelatinous material, 2, pus urine: mainly seen in the urinary tract of inflammation, infection, mostly due to bacterial invasion, can be clearly diagnosed through routine urine examination and urinary ultrasound and other items. 3, hematuria: mainly seen in the urinary tract infection, inflammation, stones, tumor lesions, etc., resulting in blood mixed into the urine, affecting the appearance of urine, appearing cloudy. Therefore, if the cloudy urine occurs repeatedly, you still need to go to the urology department for routine urine examination, and then combine with other examination items to clarify the cause of the lesion.
