Is Hepatitis B 35 positive serious?

Hepatitis B 35 positive indicates recovery from acute hepatitis B virus infection, hepatitis B surface antigen has disappeared, but hepatitis B surface antibody has not yet been produced. Hepatitis B penta is generally hepatitis B surface antigen, hepatitis B surface antibody, hepatitis B e antigen, hepatitis B e antibody, hepatitis B core antibody, so 3 is hepatitis B e antigen, 5 is hepatitis B core antibody, and these two positives indicate that they have been infected with hepatitis B virus. However, the hepatitis B surface antigen has become negative, suggesting acute infection. The surface antigen has disappeared, but the hepatitis B surface antibody has not yet been produced, and the body has not yet gained immunity. It may also be the other way around. 35 positivity indicates hepatitis B virus infection and an ongoing state of infection where the hepatitis B virus may be actively replicating. A positive result for hepatitis B DNA indicates a mutation in the S region of the hepatitis B virus gene and therefore a false positive for surface antigen. Generally, it is rare, but it does exist. It is recommended that the patient go to the hospital for additional tests and be evaluated by a physician to determine if further treatment is needed.
