Scientific research has found that human aging is not from the visible corner of the eye of the first wrinkles, sideburns between the first gray hair, the waist of the first piece of fat only appeared, the body’s flexibility is weakened the first signs of human aging. The body’s flexibility is weakened due to spinal degeneration. Many people have had a pillow, or wake up in the morning after the body curled up, stiffness and other extremely uncomfortable feeling. Medically, these phenomena are called spinal degeneration. Degeneration of the spine can be caused by physiologic, lifestyle and pathologic factors. Pathologic Factors – Trauma, contusions, and incorrect posture can cause deformity and degeneration of the spine. Many diseases can be caused by spinal pathology, such as frequent headaches, back pain, lumbar tenderness, herniated discs, chondromalacia, and so on. As the intervertebral discs gradually wear down and become thinner, all the nerve roots and blood vessels in the cavities of the vertebrae may be compressed, and the organs related to them are thus harmed, with poor blood flow and nerve sensation, and the function of the organs concerned is thus affected. Spine surgeons recommend: When choosing a pillow, the height should be appropriate. Lift heavy objects as an athlete would lift weights, mainly by flexion and extension of the knees and not by bending of the spine alone. All loads should be spread evenly on both hands. People who work for long periods of time should get up frequently to change the position of the spine, such as stretching and turning sideways. Early signs of degeneration of the spine, i.e., feeling uncomfortable in the neck and stiffness in the back when waking up early in the morning, should go to the hospital as early as possible for treatment. At the same time, strenuous sports should be avoided, and even if you do exercises, you should avoid stressing your back. The best way to exercise is to do more horizontal exercises, swimming and yoga are good exercises.
