If the brownish colour of the leucorrhoea after menstruation lasts for a short period of time, it is probably because the menstruation has not completely cleared and is normal.
If the post-menstrual leucorrhoea is brown for a long time and the amount is high, an ultrasound can be done to check for endometrial polyps etc.
