The brownish leucorrhoea after intercourse may be contact bleeding, or it may be that intercourse is before or after menstruation or during ovulation, without other discomfort, and is considered physiological brownish leucorrhoea. If it is not one of the above periods, combined with increased vaginal discharge, vulvar itching and other discomfort, consider inflammation of the reproductive tract, cervical lesions, etc. It is recommended to seek medical advice promptly, and women who have sex are also advised to have an annual gynaecological examination.
