H. pylori test is registered with the Department of Gastroenterology. There are two ways to check for H. pylori, one is gastroscopy and the other is C13 and C14 breath test. When found positive for H. pylori, you need to consult a gastroenterologist to see if you need oral medication to eradicate H. pylori. When the test is found to be positive for H. pylori and is combined with gastritis and gastric ulcer, regular and adequate oral medication is recommended for the eradication of H. pylori. Studies have found that H. pylori is a pathological factor that causes gastritis and gastric ulcers that cannot be cured by repeated treatment, and H. pylori positivity is a high-risk factor for the development of gastric cancer.
