A good number of scholars have done some experiments on this, they have conducted morning running and evening running respectively for the people who participated in the experiment, and analyzed the blood, the results show that morning running increases the possibility of blood clots in the blood vessels, so patients with cerebral thrombosis must not exercise in the morning.  2, in now, the air quality is obviously decreasing, and in the morning, especially when the sun is not out, there will be more suspended matter in the air, so it is unwise to choose to come out for morning exercise at this time. In addition, the body’s functions are still recovering after waking up, and the blood viscosity has increased, so the possibility of blood clotting increases.  3, the human body after a night’s sleep, the body’s water with the respiratory tract, skin and stool and so on loss. This makes the body’s water metabolism is not enough, so the whole body’s tissues and organs and even cells are in a state of water loss, because of the loss of water, the blood in the blood vessels will also become sticky, and therefore prone to thrombotic infarction.  Note: Patients with cerebrovascular disease should not exercise in the morning, but it is not that they do not exercise, but to choose in the late afternoon or evening. Try to choose as much exercise as possible, such as walking, jogging, brisk walking, taijiquan, aerobics, etc., remember not to engage in strenuous activities.
