Indications】 This product is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with disease progression during or after previous epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) therapy and confirmed positive EGFR T790M mutation. The recommended dose of this product is 80 mg daily until disease progression or intolerable toxicity occurs.
