How to prevent gallstones?

The causes of gallbladder stone formation are more complex, but changes in the composition of the bile, especially the content of bile salts and cholesterol in the bile, are an important factor in the formation of gallstones. Under normal circumstances, these two are kept in a certain proportional relationship in bile. Cholesterol is in a dissolved state and is excreted with the bile. If there is too little bile salt or too much cholesterol, the two lose their normal proportional relationship and the cholesterol is in a supersaturated state, and the excess cholesterol in the bile precipitates and forms stones. On the other hand, the occurrence of gallbladder stones is also related to the body type. Gallbladder stones are more likely to occur in the 3F group (forty, female, fatty) – that is, 40-year-old obese women. How to reduce the occurrence of gallbladder stones from changes in lifestyle habits? 1, diet should be regular, not overeating or starving a full meal, do not eat snacks. Breakfast should not be skipped, regular eating (three meals a day) is the best way to prevent stones, because the gallbladder is full of bile when fasting, and the gallbladder mucosa absorbs water to make bile thicken, when cholesterol/lecithin bubbles are easily formed, and the viscosity of bile increases, finally forming bile mud. If you eat, when food enters the duodenum, the gallbladder contraction hormone is secreted in response, causing the gallbladder to contract, and then a large amount of bile containing bile sludge is discharged into the intestine. Thus stone formation can be prevented. Maintaining the contractile function of the gallbladder prevents long-term bile stagnation. Drink a glass of milk every night or eat a fried egg for breakfast to make the gallbladder contract and empty regularly, so as to reduce the retention time of bile in the gallbladder. 2.Choose a reasonable diet structure. Avoid high-fat, high-calorie eating habits and maintain a good weight. Eat proper fiber-rich foods to improve cholesterol excretion and prevent the formation of stones. 3. Maintain the habit of exercise and avoid prolonged sedentary posture. Such as using computer for a long time, watching TV for a long time after dinner, etc. 4.Pay attention to dietary hygiene. Biliary tract ascariasis is one of the causes of gallstone disease. 5.Actively treat related diseases, such as cirrhosis of the liver. The inactivation of estrogen in the body of patients with cirrhosis is reduced, and the level of estrogen is higher, coupled with the low contractile function of the gallbladder in cirrhosis, poor emptying of the gallbladder, varicose veins in the bile duct, and elevated bilirubin in the blood and other factors can cause gallstones. 6, vegetarians should be properly supplemented with lecithin. Normal human cholesterol and bile salts, lecithin in a certain proportion of the mixture of micro-colloid suspension bile, when this ratio is broken, it will form gallstones. Some vegetarians do not consume enough lecithin, and the excess fiber in the vegetarian diet prevents the reabsorption of bile acids, which reduces the concentration of bile salts in the bile. Insufficient lecithin and bile salts lead to an imbalance in the ratio, resulting in stone formation.
