Currently, the following four drugs are recognized as effective and most commonly used: cisplatinum (DDP), methotrexate (MTX), adriamycin (ADM), and cyclophosphamide (ifosfamide (IFO). The response rate of the above four drugs alone is only close to 30%, while the combination of these drugs in high doses can produce synergistic effects between the drugs, potentially leading to a 100% tumor necrosis rate in vivo, in addition to reducing the generation of drug resistance, the currently advocated chemotherapy regimen is a different combination of adriamycin, cisplatin, high-dose MTX and IFO, for a small number of (less than 5%) For the few patients (less than 5%) who do not respond to chemotherapy or whose disease progresses during treatment, the chemotherapy regimen must be changed or the tumor must be removed as soon as possible.
