There are many patients with cysts who do not have any symptoms and are found unintentionally during physical examination. Of course, if the cysts increase in size, the patient may have discomfort symptoms such as vague pain in the liver area, and if the cysts are relatively small, multiple cysts usually can be followed up without treatment or surgery, and certainly without medication, and a normal diet in ordinary life is fine without any contraindications. If the patient has enlarged liver cysts or liver cysts are relatively large, for example, the diameter is more than ten centimeters, there are symptoms of compression, mainly consider performing liver cyst opening and drainage surgery, the surgery itself is relatively small, usually under laparoscopic surgery, the patient’s recovery is also relatively fast.
