Does inflammatory granuloma of the lung heal on its own?

Pulmonary sarcoidosis is usually not self-healing. Granuloma of the lung is a specific chronic inflammatory condition in which nodules gradually form locally in the inflammation. Granulomas are new growths of granulation tissue and granulomas are pathological states. Inflammatory granuloma is a granuloma with a large number of constantly infiltrating inflammatory cells and can appear in various parts of the body, such as the thyroid, skin, liver, lungs, etc. Patients can be treated with antibiotics, such as cephalosporins and penicillins, in the early stages of the disease. After treatment, the symptoms can be controlled and relieved to some extent. In addition, in superficial local lesions, potassium permanganate can be used for cleaning. If the inflammatory granuloma is more severe and suppuration occurs, puncture to extract the pus or incision and drainage combined with antibiotics are required for treatment. Therefore, patients with sarcoidosis should enhance nutrition to strengthen their health, prevent and control infection, and improve immunity, while avoiding wind and cold, exertion, smoking, alcohol and spicy stimulating foods.
