Recommendations and contraindications for the diet of patients with systolic tremor

Systolic tremor is a small vibration sensation felt in the palm of the hand during palpation, similar to the respiratory tremor felt in the larynx of cats, also known as feline wheezing. The mechanism of tremor is the same as that of interstitial tremor. It is caused by the flow of blood through a narrow caliber or in an abnormal direction to form a vortex that causes vibration of the valve, vessel wall, or heart chamber wall to the chest wall. When tremor is detected, the site and source (valve, large vessel, or septal defect) should be determined first, followed by the phase of the cardiac cycle (systolic, diastolic, or continuous), and finally, its clinical significance should be analyzed. The diet of patients with systolic tremor should be limited to a moderate amount of salt intake. The same reasoning applies to the restriction of salt, and the dietary contraindications of heart disease should be less sodium-rich foods such as bananas to avoid triggering edema. 2, quit stimulating food and drink and excitatory drugs chili pepper, ginger, pepper, tobacco, alcohol and a lot of strong tea, take caffeine, amphetamines and other excitatory drugs will also bring a burden on the heart, in wind heart disease patients with poor heart function, especially when attention. 3, should eat easily digestible food heart disease patients due to reduced blood circulation, gastrointestinal stasis, edema, affecting the digestion and absorption of food. Therefore, the food should be easy to digest. At the beginning of the liquid, semi-liquid diet, and then switch to soft rice. 4, slow into the drink a large amount of water, tea, soup, fruit juice, soda or other drinks, will quickly increase the blood volume, which will increase the burden on the heart. Therefore, do not eat too many drinks, preferably not more than 500 ml at a time. When you need to drink more water, divide it into several drinks, a little less each time, and a longer interval. 5, should supply sufficient vitamins and the right amount of inorganic salts such as vitamin B1 and vitamin C, in order to protect the heart muscle. Supply the right amount of calcium to maintain normal heart muscle activity. Potassium has a protective effect on the heart, and causes arrhythmia when insufficient. When using diuretics, in addition to potassium, should also pay attention to the supply of magnesium and zinc. 6.Appropriate restriction of protein and caloric energy intake In heart failure, daily protein can be controlled at 25-30 grams, caloric energy 600 kcal; after 2-3 days, protein can be increased to 40-50 grams, caloric energy 1000-1500 kcal. After the condition improves, protein and caloric energy should be increased gradually, but not too high, so as not to increase the load on the heart.
