Non-solid nodules in the lung have been neglected for many years, and with the increase in clinical cases, some of them have been found to have malignant tendency or to be malignant. With the introduction of the new staging of lung adenocarcinoma, it is necessary to standardize the diagnosis and treatment of non-solid nodules in the lung. The attached document is a summary of my experience from the literature and some cases. I hope that it will be a useful reference.
