Why milky urine in filariasis

The milky urine that occurs in filariasis is often referred to as celiac disease, and is often caused by reflux of lymphatic fluid into the urinary system and rupture of lymphatic vessels in the kidney or ureteral area. Celiac disease is often a late manifestation of filariasis Bancrofti, and its formation is mainly due to the reflux of celiac fluid absorbed from the small intestine into the urinary system via the lumbar lymphatic trunk due to obstruction of the anterior aortic lymph nodes or the mesenteric lymph nodes. At the same time, the associated lymphatic vessels (kidneys or ureters, etc.) rupture and the celiac is excreted in the urine, thus causing celiac disease. The urine of celiac disease patients is often milky white, like rice water, also known as “rice soup urine”. Coeliac disease contains a lot of protein and fat, which tends to coagulate when left outside the body. If you experience any discomfort or unusual symptoms, it is recommended that you seek prompt medical attention.
