Right heart failure: patients mainly manifested as obstruction of venous return of the body circulation caused by various organs bruising and hypoxia as the main clinical signs, such as long-term gastrointestinal bruising caused by loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, etc.; hepatic bruising caused by distension of the epigastric abdomen, abdominal pain, etc.; renal bruising caused by decreased urine output, increased nocturia, proteinuria and renal hypoplasia, etc.. There may also be symptoms of exertional dyspnea.
