Anemia in a seven-month-old baby is mostly iron deficiency anemia. Severe anemia requires oral iron supplementation with iron preparations, and mild anemia is generally adjusted by diet. If the baby’s blood count is lower than 90g/L, the baby should take iron supplements, such as iron dextrose tablets orally, and vitamin C to promote iron absorption, and those not lower than 90g/L can be adjusted by diet, eating more iron-containing foods, such as animal liver, and iron-containing rice flour can also be supplemented with iron. Generally after two weeks of drug and diet adjustment, the blood routine should be rechecked, and after the blood routine species hemoglobin is normal, still need to continue iron supplementation treatment for 1-2 months.
