The pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease is a movement disorder caused by the reduction and deficiency of dopaminergic in the striatum of the substantia nigra in the skull. In Parkinson’s disease, if before the age of 65, oral treatment with dopamine agonists is generally recommended, for example, oral treatment with drugs such as Senfuro and piribedil can be given. However, after the age of 65, it is recommended that treatment with compound dopamine preparations is preferred, for example, oral treatment with medications such as methyldopa is recommended. In the later stages of Parkinson’s, if the effect of treatment with one of the above drugs is not too satisfactory, two types of drugs can be combined for treatment. If the effect of drug therapy is not satisfactory, brain pacemaker implantation can be performed if necessary.
