However, when the bite is a penetrating wound, and the wound is on the head and neck, face, fingers, external genitalia, etc., the entire rabies vaccination is still required; 2. Rabies I exposure: Although bitten or scratched by dogs, cats and other animals that may carry rabies virus, the skin mucous membrane is intact, that is, the skin is broken but not bleeding, and there is no pain from alcohol disinfection, that is, rabies I exposure, and rabies vaccination is not required; 3.
