Symptoms of neurogenic bladder

Symptoms of neurogenic bladder are not specific, and can be divided into storage-phase symptoms and voiding-phase symptoms according to changes in the voiding cycle. 1. Symptoms during the storage phase: the main manifestations are urinary frequency, urinary urgency, urinary incontinence, with or without bladder pain or bladder sensory abnormalities, such as bladder hypoesthesia or sensory hypersensitivity. 2. Voiding phase symptoms: the main manifestations are waiting before urination, thin urine line, urinary effort, intermittent urination, abdominal pressure urination, terminal dribbling, etc., accompanied or not accompanied by abnormal urinary sensation or urinary pain, and acute or chronic urinary retention may occur. Patients should go to the hospital in time when the above symptoms occur, and under the guidance of the doctor for standardized treatment.
