Is vertigo a Meniere? (Dietary control of vestibular migraine)

The causes of vertigo The balance of the body depends on the coordinated action of several organs, and vertigo is only one of the symptoms that results from this! Simply put, we feel that balance is achieved by the cerebellum, the vestibule (part of the ear), the joints, the eyes, all working together! Therefore, the cause of vertigo needs to be considered in many ways! After ruling out organic cranial lesions, with the recognition of vertigo, vestibular migraine has become the most common cause as far as otolaryngology is concerned. One hypothesis for the etiology of vestibular migraine is that an excited cerebral cortex causes vertigo, so theoretically any action or diet that induces excitement in the brain can lead to an attack of vestibular migraine vertigo. Therefore, in addition to medication control, diet control is also needed. Especially for children, regular exercise and diet are more important than medication. Also, avoid salt, MSG, ketchup, spicy soy sauce, and fermented foods.
