What is laparoscopic radical cystectomy for bladder cancer?

We completed the radical bladder resection laparoscopically, the urinary diversion remained outside the body, improved the technique of anastomosis of the bowel and ureter, the patient had a significantly smaller postoperative wound, quick recovery and minimal bleeding (about 100-200 ml), the laparoscopic technique does have advantages in radical bladder cancer treatment. The pictures are not retouched so they do not look too aesthetically pleasing. The surgical incision was reduced by at least 1/2, and the postoperative pain was significantly reduced.
