Used for the treatment of vomiting, schizophrenia and chronic withdrawal and hallucinatory delusions, functional depression and hypochondriac state, alcoholic psychosis, mental retardation with personality disorder, gastric and duodenal ulcer, vertigo, migraine, etc. Dosage and Administration 1.Treatment of vomiting: 600～1200mg daily by mouth. 2.Treatment of psychosis: 300～600mg daily by mouth at the beginning, increasing to 600～1200mg within 1 week. 400～600mg daily by intramuscular injection or intravenous drip. generally, oral administration is the mainstay, for those who refuse or within 1-2 weeks at the beginning of treatment, injectable administration can be used, and later changed to oral administration. The dose may be reduced by 1/2 to 1/3 for diseases other than schizophrenia. maintenance dose 200~400mg daily. precautions 1. when the dose is increased too rapidly, there may be transient electrocardiogram changes, elevated or lowered blood pressure, chest tightness and frequent pulse, etc., which should be noted. 2.Sometimes mild extrapyramidal adverse reactions can be seen, and the dose should be reduced or combined with anti-tremor paralysis drugs. 3.Menstrual abnormalities, lactation, inability to ejaculate, weight gain, insomnia, restlessness, excitement, sleepiness, thirst, headache, fever, sweating, difficulty in urination, dyskinesia, gastrointestinal reactions and other adverse reactions may also be observed. 4.If allergic reactions such as rash and itching occur, the drug should be discontinued. 5. The safety of this product for pregnant women and newborns has not been confirmed and should be used with caution. 6. Do not engage in dangerous operations with mechanical operation during the use of the drug. 7. It is prohibited for young children and should be used with caution in patients with cardiovascular disease and low blood pressure. Side effects: Sleep disorders, excitement, restlessness, drowsiness, weakness, thirst, headache, fever, sweating, extrapyramidal symptoms, nausea, loss of appetite, increased GOT, arrhythmia, etc. may occur with high doses or rapid increases.
