Can stomach pain cause thoracic spine pain

Although there are many conditions that can cause thoracic spinal pain, they do not usually include stomach pain. Stomach pain is a painful symptom of the digestive system and can be caused by improper eating, emotional distress, heavy drinking, etc. Complications are also usually limited to the digestive system such as nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain and diarrhoea, whereas thoracic spinal pain is an organic pathology, i.e. caused by changes in the intervertebral discs, and is not directly related to stomach pain.
