What should you do if your fallopian tubes are not working, or if your tubes are not open

Patients with tubal obstruction are often faced with three options: IVF; laparoscopy; and tubal revascularization. Tubal revascularization is indicated for: 1. interstitial obstruction. 2. Isthmus obstruction. 3. Patients with jugular abdominal obstruction are less suitable for evacuation. Age selection is generally suitable for patients under 40 years of age and the success rate for patients over 40 years of age is below 80%. The chance of pregnancy one year after tubal revascularization is about 40%.
