What are the treatment goals for chronic gastritis?

After eating, I often feel bloated, and then I feel something coming back up, but I don’t feel acid reflux or bitterness. I want to burp but I can’t. If I do, I’ll feel a little more comfortable. It’s very uncomfortable! I used to take martinoline, which makes me feel better, but I feel very hungry after it goes away. I also ate some omeprazole and other drugs, but this symptom is still good and bad, has not been able to cure. I had a gastroscopy, but there were no major problems, and the diagnosis was chronic gastritis. The goal of treatment for chronic gastritis is twofold: 1) for the gastric mucosa: superficial damage to allow it to repair, atrophy with intestinal or even atypical hyperplasia to prevent malignancy 2) for the symptoms: the lack of a necessary link between the verified state or description of the gastric mucosa and the patient’s symptoms requires the doctor to carefully consider the specific pathophysiological aspects of the symptoms to give careful treatment and constantly adjust the treatment plan.
