The first test is an absence of semen (azoospermia), and the second test may show some difference, but the probability of being completely normal is not very high. When a semen analysis is performed, a minimum of three semen collections are required and the appropriate tests are performed. The first time a semen test is performed and no sperm is found, at least two more semen collections and tests need to be performed. Subsequent tests may show some difference in the results, for example, a small amount of sperm may be detected. In addition, patients often need to undergo other tests such as endocrine tests and immunological tests to assist in confirming the diagnosis, so the probability that the second semen test is completely normal is not high. If the first examination is azoospermia, the patient should cooperate with the doctor in time to conduct follow-up examinations and have the diagnosis confirmed by a specialist, and be given targeted treatment.
