How yellow skin sores are caused

Yellow skin sores, also called impetigo, are contagious and are caused by bacterial infections, mostly related to Streptococcus haemolyticus and Staphylococcus aureus, and are mainly infectious. The rash is characterized by pustules the size of green beans or soy bean grains, with half-moon pus accumulation due to gravity, an inflammatory redness around the rash, and thin and loose pustule walls that break easily and form a vesicular surface. The pustular fluid and secretions are contagious, and new pustules will continue to occur in other areas, and after drying, a yellow pustular crust will form. Treatment is based on topical medications, mostly antibiotics, and can be applied topically with ezacrine solution, then topical mupirocin ointment or clindamycin gel, etc.
