Most patients with breast fibroma do not have obvious clinical symptoms. A few patients may palpate a lump or experience chest pain. 1. Lump: Some women may touch a painless lump in the breast when taking a shower. Lumps can grow in various parts of the breast. 2. Chest pain: Some patients with breast fibroids may experience chest pain before the onset of menstruation. Chest pain can be in the form of swelling, vague pain or dull pain. The occurrence of this condition may be related to the stimulation of estrogen. Patients with breast fibroids may have other symptoms. Each patient’s condition is different and his or her constitution is different, so the specific clinical symptoms may vary.
