Do not dilute Yansuunin Injection with saline. The instructions clearly indicate that Yansuunin Injection needs to be diluted with 5% dextrose injection, or 5% dextrose sodium chloride injection, dissolved and then dripped. It must be freshly prepared before infusion, never early. If the drug’s properties change, it must be forbidden to use. Yansuuning Injection is strictly prohibited to be paired with acidic or alkaline drugs, or drugs containing sodium bisulfite or sodium metabisulfite as antioxidants. Yansuuning injection should not be combined with aminoglycosides and quinolones, which are mainly used for the treatment of viral pneumonia and viral upper respiratory tract infection. If patients develop fever and shortness of breath during the infusion process, the drug should be stopped immediately. Once the manifestation of anaphylaxis appears, corresponding emergency measures should also be taken immediately.
