It is manifested as a rice-grain-sized papule on thin and tender parts of the skin (such as the external genitalia, fingernails, small abdomen, and inner side of the femur), and itching is intense, especially at night, and it is not difficult to diagnose and treat, but precautions have to be emphasized more often. 1.Isolation The contagiousness of scabies is relatively large, and it is easy to infect each other within family members, group dormitories, etc., so proper isolation is necessary. 2.Disinfection The insects or eggs attached to clothing, sheets, etc., if not thoroughly disinfected, even if the rash on the body is treated, it will still be infected again, leading to the futility of the previous treatment, and all the things attached to the body are disinfected by boiling and sunlight exposure as much as possible to kill the scabies mite. 3, medication The most commonly used than sulfur ointment and Lin Shan cream, the use of the two is similar. The method is: after bathing the ointment is applied, except for the head and face, the neck down to be coated with the medicine, even for three days, the three days do not bathe, do not change clothes, three days after bathing and changing the clothing sheets that have been thoroughly disinfected.
