Robotic resection for high-risk and very high-risk prostate cancer

Mr. Wang was found to have prostate cancer because PSA was greater than 100 and the seminal vesicles might metastasize, and the local hospital only had antiandrogenic treatment. After the clinic, Shen Zhoujun introduced the advantages of robotic-assisted surgery and his successful experience of nearly 700 surgeries. It was decided to perform robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy + bilateral pelvic lymphatic dissection. The surgery went well. Shen Zhoujun, Department of Urology, Huashan Hospital, Fudan University Currently. Developed countries, such as the United States 90% of prostate cancer surgery, use da Vinci robot surgery. The surgery is thorough, with good urinary control, fast recovery and long survival. A large amount of data found that surgical resection is more effective than endocrine (anti-androgen) and radiotherapy alone.
